    I bought a strap from this seller via a browser search for one to “specifically fit” a 1963 Rolex-Tudor Submariner. The browser directed me to EBay, however it turned out to be the wrong size, no fault of mine or the seller’s. Then I received a rude messages like “it’s not rocket science.” I asked them to stop contacting me, but they continued. I was going to reorder the correct size, but their attitude put me off. A simple mistake was made worse by poor customer service.
