Best shop vac we ever owned!
After several so-so shop vacs over the years, this Vacmaster is the bomb!! It is lightweight, easy to pull and has very powerful suction. The retractable cord is a big plus, and the tools that come with it meet our needs completely. I highly recommend this shop vac.

Affordable and efficient vacuum cleaner.
This vacuum cleaner is just as good as a name brand vacuum. It has excellent suction force and is very versatile. Compared to just using a broom to sweep floors, this vacuum cleaner does a way better job. I highly recommend this brand and style of vacuum cleaner because it is more affordable and cleans just as well as the other name brand vacuum.

So far so good
I ran a vacmaster commercial version (very similar to the household) for over two years and it performed admirably. Held up well to a lot of continuous use in a knife sharpening business. This household model has the industrial/2 stage motor (the commercial did not). This one is quite a bit quieter. It may have just a bit less suction. Hardly noticeable and does not decrease my level of satisfaction. The 2 stage motor should be longer lasting (seriously hoping that is the case). Use the bags with vacuum and it is easy to empty (recommended). I've only been running this unit for a couple weeks and it has performed reliably so far. On the last vacmaster commercial the switch gave out (same switch as this model) just after the warranty was up. That is what you can expect from durable goods ...
