I recently ordered this canopy and after an extended period it still didn't show as shipped and there was no tracking information. After multiple update queries to the seller I never received any type of reply. I never received the product so finally gave up, reported the bogus sale, and did receive a refund. Reviewing their history on my own afterward they show a significant history and high percentage of this type of inexcusable activity. They should be forever banned from "selling" here.

This seller has a 30-day return policy, message with no response. I could not open a return unless you contacted the seller. Message the seller...no response so I was unable to return the Amazon items sent. I wish I had known the seller sells Amazon items since I'm a Prime member. I would have ordered it directly from Amazon, at least I would not have had any issue with returning the item, unlike this seller. Bad, bad seller:(
