    useful and easy to follow reference book

    It's dated now, being published 30 years ago, but at the time it would have been a very useful and easy to follow reference book. When I was first getting getting into computers and the internet in my late teens and early adulthood, the Complete Idiot's Guide books were my favorite study books. I had a few on other topics as well, such as photography and automotive maintenance.
