I received this item more than 2 weeks late. This late arrival has nothing to do wth the MERCHANT, nothing to do with E-BAY. In fact E-BAY "stepped in" and (kind of) forced the management of the local Post Office (Kalibo, Aklan) to search for this item already in their possession for more than two weeks. The Post Office of The Philppnes in general must go through major improvement in their performance and behavior.
