    Great sound and clear voice calls

    Clear audio with deep bass for music but good balance for using on calls. I like that you can connect 2 devices. In my case I connect my laptop for web conferences and my phone for regular voice calls. Just be careful that your phone doesn’t ring while on a web conference. Noise cancelling microphone works very well on both types of calls.

    Works IF it would stay on!

    This works as it should...it connects to Bluetooth with ease. The sound is good. The call quality is good. However...there is a BIG design flaw. The "arms" is not long enough causing it to be "unbalanced". It CONSISTENTLY falls off the back of my neck...EVEN at times when I am not even moving. I can be standing in one place playing Call of Duty and just my little movement causes it to fall off. Its doesnt fall of "sometimes"...it falls of EVERY TIME. I dont keep them on my ears all the time, if that was the case they would work just fine. But when you take them off your ears to rest on shoulder/neck...they will slide off towards your back.

    Jabra Halo Smart Headphones do the job

    With this being my first Bluetooth headphones, I guess I was expecting too much. Yes, it connects easily to my iPhone. Yes, it is wireless, so I don't have to fumble with wires anymore & get tangled. And yes, it produces great sound. But with all earbud-type headphones that I have been using for the past 20 years or so, I just cannot get a good-fitting earbud so that it fits firmly in my ear. The ones that came with this unit are way too small, and the ones I had from a previous brand do fit ok, but I am still finding that the Halo Smart continues to move and slip out of my ears whenever I move. If I am sitting still and not moving, then these bad boys are great, even close to perfect. If I can get my hands on some larger earbuds that are compatible with this unit, then maybe all of my ...

    Lightweight, great features

    Lightweight around the neck, love the fact that the buds are magnetized. Need to have extra replacement buds since they do fall off. No problems being heard clearly when answering calls.
