      Buyer did not check the condition of the item (car headlight). Upon me notifiying the buyer directly and specifically asking him to acknowledge the item condition, imperfections and wear of the used item, he did not want it anymore. I issuded a refund. There was no shipping problem. There was the same problem with the same buyer, just different ad.
