But the o rubber ring does not work as a seal, I tested with water to test if any leaks, lying on its side it started to drip,(the lid was on tight ) this was with 2 containers, OK if just kept upright, rather than send them back I have ordered thicker O rings (5mm) thick) on Amazon to replace approx 3.5mm . After saying that, the containers will last a life time.
