    Some limitation, but well worth the price paid.

    excellant enhancement to the convienence of having a camera with your cell phone. some observations, needs seperate viewfinder, as high brightness outside hinders seeing the details on the screen. You need to hold the camera away to see the screen, the farther out, the more shake, and focusing challenges. At full zoom, you need to be braced against something. The camera also uses a lot of battery during video, but still allows for up to one hour and still leaves enough power to use the phone for at least 5+ hours. I have the auxiliary battery, so I install it for field recharge when finished with a long video. Jim A.

    Not a huge benefit

    So I bought this to use with my Droid Moto Z. The phone originally didn't have a digital zoom so you had to buy this module to get a zoom. They pushed out a software update and now phone has a digital zoom. The Hassleblad module is good but not really needed and it's one more thing to remember to take on vacation. For normal pictures the internal camera and zoom work just fine.

    It was a really good investment for me.

    The camera is a little bulky when attached to the phone but it really does improve the quality of the photos, especially when using the zoom. The Flash is significantly brighter also, and really does a great job even at 10 feet or more. It has a power button, but I just realized can also be activated with the twist motion like the built-in camera, so it's quite nice. The only negative thing is that the zoom only works with the top switch, not the typical screen zoom.

    Great features, love it!

    I love this mod! It turns my phone into an honest-to-goodness camera, with actual optical zoom. The picture quality is great, and it still fits in my pocket with the camera mod attached. Very nice, and very pleased!

    Great for adding a true zoom

    Works great as a real zoom for a phone camera, bought for a trip sightseeing as the phone zoom is always blurry. Worked like a champ. If you are buying it for anything other than the zoom I would say just buy a complete camera. I only use the zoom for distant objects, for close up my phones camera seems a little better. It is slow so there is a noticeable pause between pressing and getting the picture/
