Bought for my brother who has some back and joint issues. We were just discussing how well it was working for him. Helps relieve some of the pain and increases his mobility. He has mentioned many times that this has helped. This is a large enough quantity and a good value for the money VS the pill or capsule form which can be quite expensive. Been using for two months now, have not noticed any difference compared to other glutamine products...Ie no inflammation or joint pain reduction, joints still very sore, I know it takes a while for product to work but does not seem to be doing anything at this point compared to other glutamine products I have used.
