    You on a Diet - Your tool for healthy living today!

    I bought the "You on a Diet" DVD a month ago and was immmediately able to put it to use. It is a perfect compliment to my overall health program, especially when I am not able to go to the gym. The DVD has three fitness level to fit whatever level you are today. Live a long, healthy life with this video.

    IMPROVE YOUR WELL BEING AND HEALTH WITH THIS CRITICAL I

    THIS WAS A USED DVD, HOWEVER THERE WAS NO PLAYING PROBLEMS. THE CONTENT WAS FROM THE PBS PRESENTATION OF DR. ROIZEN. I HAD SEEN THE PRESENTATION, BUT YOU DON'T REMEMBER EVERYTHING TO USE. THIS WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND I'M GOING TO PUT A LOT OF THE RESEARCH IN ACTION TO IMPROVE MY HEALTH AND WEIGHT

    Diet suggestions may be a bit over the top for the average person.

    Interesting, well presented ideas. Dr. Roizen is very personable. The DVD is filled with lots of information. Great for the person who is really dedicated to dieting.

    It's not the exact dvd I wanted (I was looking for the one played on Discovery Health Channel), but it was very informative. In fact, its already loaned out to one friend and another is in line after her!
