    Antz Movie

    I purchased this movie for my three year old grandson who is obsessed with all things ant, whether black, red, carpenter or army. While I found the movie to be cute and entertaining, we found some of the language/situations to be a bit inappropriate for him. In all fairness it is rated PG and not G. We just try to distract him during those scenes. All in all, I still think it was a good purchase for me.

    The "Bugs Life" grows up! fast!

    Slightly more mature than Disney's "A Bugs Life" this film has a pretty dark plotline that involves lust, bullying, war, alcoholism, the financial caste system and mass murder, to name a few. Sounds dark, comes across well because they are cartoon ants which makes it acceptable for your kids to watch them get drunk at bars and decapitated during an ambush disguised as war created to have them killed. Sight gags, fart jokes and funny characters keep the kids interested and waters down the heavy content. Despite some mature themes the overall point is to get respect, power and the girl, and he does. Ooooh la la!

    Great Voice Acting and a Pretty Cool Story!

    Antz has Great Voice Acting and a Pretty Cool Story! I finally saw Antz a week ago and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the acting was great and the animation was pretty good as well. Any animated film featuring the likes of Christoper Walken, Sylvester Stallone, Woody Allen, and Danny Glover is an animated film that I'll enjoy. Although this movie might be a little much for younger audiences, it's a great movie for adults. Final Verdict: 4/5 Rent or Buy?: After watching it once I don't feel the need to watch it again, I'd recommend that you rent first buy later. IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE REMEMBER TO VOTE.     An unrivaled cinematic masterpiece

    With a team of legendary actors lending their voices in this instant classic, Antz is a movie you dont want to miss. It tugs on the heart strings as you're thrown into a world of love, action, drama, and comedy. This inspirational work of art makes you really ponder the possibilities of life. The fact there was never a need for a sequel should solidify that this movie was all around perfect in every way. You will be hard pressed to find a movie that can even begin to touch the quality of writing, voice acting, and animation. Somebody somewhere probably once said this movie was the sole inspiration to other great movies such as Bee movie or shrek or even the entire disney empire including but not limited to star wars and the MCU.

    GET THE MOVIE!!

    Antz is a really great movie redone for the "signature collection series" with an awesome cast of voice actors and superb animation-in fact MY DAUGHTER IS IN HER ROOM WATCHING IT AGAIN FOR THE 1,000TH TIME!!! Great acting & great animation. Any animated film featuring the likes of Christoper Walken, Sylvester Stallone, Woody Allen, and Danny Glover is an animated film that I'll enjoy. You will too!! Although this movie might be a little much for younger audiences, it's a great movie even for adults. Final Verdict: 5/5 Going by my daughter 1,000/5. lol.
