Insane! Went from 75c CPU at 75% fan speed to 65c on 35% fan speed. Amazing what a difference delidding the CPU and GPU made! Also after having the NECs replaced my games that would crash the system with 3 beeps are working perfect again!!! I would highly recommend anyone who has a loud/noisy PS3 Fat or PS3 Slim model to purchase the delidding service as well as thermal pads/paste replaced. This will make your PS3 run like you bought it new well over a decade ago when it released. I also had him replace the NEC Tokin capacitors in my PS3 Slim 2001A model and it's running perfectly. Studio Halabi also went above and beyond and replaced my cracked power/eject module FREE of charge.
