    works well

    I really like that you can order the amount that you need. the thera-tubes are durable. i use them to wrap around my feet so that i can walk sideways to strengthen my hips. so....i am literally standing on the tube walking back and forth sideways in the gym with my shoes on. i have used it a couple of weeks so far and i do not see any signs of wear or tear.

    Better than drugs

    My physical therapist and doctor both showed me exercises that helped heal my rotator cuff injury with pain that radiated to my neck. I alternated between the black and the blue Therabands and the pain went away completely within days. I now use these again to strengthen my shoulders.
