Item as described, super fast shipping. My only concern and it is not just with this seller, but most sellers that utilize the "Make an offer" option. I made an offer $2 lower than the "buy it now" price. Rather than accept, the seller declined my offer and counter-offered $1 off "buy it now" price. If the item was only $5 then I get it, but it was not. For $1-really? Don't bother using the "make an offer" option if you're willing to negotiate for over $1.
