Wired it up exactly as the previous one, connected it to my wi-fi router (a feature my old box didn't have), and chose my favourite freesat channel as I don't have a Sky subscription; worked perfectly. It would have cost at least twice the price to get my old box fixed. Although I only use it for freesat, I kept to the Sky box as I've become so used to the channel guide format etc. Good seller.

We have been told that they will not support the Sky hd+ box and have since disconnected our multi room box and will do the same with the box we purchased. As you can imagine we are furious and are leaving sky immediately as our internet will not be strong enough for SkyQ which they are insisting we change to.
