Seller was great. Responded quickly to a question I had. I did discover though that these truly are best used as eyeshadow (which is what they are sold as, NOT as an eyeliner.) I thought I would use them as eyeliner but they are too creamy and light pigmented for that. They work great as shadow though. I bought four of the black ones and will use them for that. Well I have to say, everything about the experience was great. Shipping was fast and packaging was discreet my only issue was the product itself was a lot smaller than I thought it was. I was really disappointed about that but that was my fault for not reading through the description thoroughly. So I'm still giving five stars is the only problem I had was for the one I've had since I can remember an inability to pay attention teachers and school hated it LOL
