If you can unscrew an outlet and hook black to black and white to white Then you are smart enough to use Control 4 and call these guys to help you program your system. Stop wasting your time calling local people who don t call back or the ones that do and never show up. Jeff was awesome and fixed everything in 30 minutes. I paid for support and within 4 hours everything was fixed.

My local dealer send someone with little knowledge and charged me a lot, didn't return my call and wasn't helpful after creating a mess when they handover the system to me from previous house owner.
