Stop wasting your time calling local people who don t call back or the ones that do and never show up. Jeff was awesome and fixed everything in 30 minutes. I paid for support and within 4 hours everything was fixed.

My local dealer send someone with little knowledge and charged me a lot, didn't return my call and wasn't helpful after creating a mess when they handover the system to me from previous house owner. I will 100% buy more hours whenever needed as he not only provided me guidance (without counting every minute) but also took care of the issue in a very timely manner. Thanks for the responsiveness and professionalism !
