Guess what, I can't use this drive as no way to connect to the mail app, everything else is fine but that was my trouble shooting attempt. Now, How can I get the Office to reinstall if I re do the hard drive? I know you said if it is upgraded I would loose office, so any way to get it?

    Good product for your money!

    It worked as promised. Nevertheless, I still haven't found the way to change the password. Also, I hate the new Apple systems because they are the product of totalitarian minds, but that is a criticism of Apple, not of your hard drive.
