The product works as expected. The only problem is the spring of the can opening system (for cleaning) came loose/apart. The canister still opens when there is dust inside. But the spring inside is no longer attached and I am not sure how that affect things. Other than that very happy. I hope no other parts come loose/off.

Short run time doesn't matter
The product works as expected. I would have given it a 4, but that seems to mean "works BETTER than expected, which it didn't. I like the fact that it stores very conveniently. Our Electrolux is spread all over the closet, hose is hard to store. I am always finished before power runs out.

Love vacuuming now!
I was so impressed with the handheld Animal D34 I bought several years ago (I use it all the time to spot vacuum), that I decided to take the plunge and buy one for my floors - it’s even better than I expected! It’s quiet, easy to use, lightweight, powerful, easily gets into all the nooks and under couches and beds and is pretty in pink! I have vacuumed everything I can think of, and I’ve never enjoyed vacuuming. No more heavy and awkward upright - thank you, Dyson! Highly recommend!

Light weight,easy storage, powerful. Dysan Stick just keeps getting better.
I bought a roller ball tank Dysan 5 years ago & although very reliable it was heavy & awkward to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. Hose was more in the way than the power cord. Finally bought the V7B stick which more than served my needs at 1/2 the price as new from Dysan refurbished. I couldn't be happier. I might keep the older model for really tough jobs on my thick pile carpet. I now vacuum weekly because it's so easy with the stick & MUCH quicker. And it stores neatly in the little powder room off my kitchen - central to the entire house. Likely get a second one for my cottage !

So far so good
I was tired of buying small vacs that either break after a few months, or they don't suck after a few minutes. So I decided to fork over quite a bit more cash for a Dyson in the hope that it will last considerably longer and that it will keep its suction. So far so good. My only complaint is that the pictorial instructions on how to empty it are a bit strange. Once you get what they are trying to show you, its easy. Everything fits together easily and perfectly. I hope it lasts.
