    It Works, But Not as Well as I Hoped

    I ordered this panel to replace one that had gotten damaged, I suspect by screen cleaner. The panel I replaced had what can best be described as a 1" stain starting in the lower left corner that runs up the left side and narrows until it disappears about 2/3 of the way to the top. After I installed the new panel, I was saddened to discover several flaws: First, the colors don't match that in my Macbook Pro, which is not typical of Apple (usually the external monitor colors match up perfectly with the laptop screen right off the bat.) I calibrated the monitor by pushing the white point all the way out to 9500, which helped, but didn't solve the problem. The colors also vary from the top of the screen from the bottom.     Works well, but some disappointing surprises

    This product is working and has great image quality, and was easy to connect to my older Macbook. Points off for the following, that weren't clearly pictured or explained: 1. It came with no power cord, so I had to purchase that separately and wait several weeks for that to arrive. 2. The cosmetic damage is minimal and mostly on the back, but there are some scratches on the screen itself. 3. The Thunderbolt cable has cracked housing and seems quite precarious. 4. The camera on the monitor doesn't connect to my Mac. I can't tell if this is an issue with the monitor itself or with my Mac. Overall, I'm satisfied and won't be returning but I wish all these issues had been more clearly described in the listing.

    Clear picture and good functionality

    Great display. I have another that I pair up with my iMac so this makes for 3 usable screens (1-27" iMac and 2-24" separate cinema displays) which helps with the work I do. Paired well with my system and looks good too!.

    Excellent! Beautiful Works Great But.....

    If you want brightness control to work on display you have to plug the display and USB cords into your computer USB ant monitor/thunderbolt receptacles.
