I ordered a TH Marine specific replacement part (see advertisement) for a TH Marine safety product. The part arrived in a clear bag without any paperwork or identification information. I have no idea whether it is the correct part. It appears similar to the spring that I will be replacing, but springs have different tension/ strength ratings so will not no for sure till installation. It could easily be a 3rd party knockoff product that may not be suitable for the intended use.

Ordered 100 hooks but seller shortshipped by 51. The shortshipped hooks were sent quickly. I believe this was an honest mistake by seller and therefore still rate him a positive. My only other observation is that the hooks were sent in a plain plastic bag. They look fine, but I have no way to tell if the items are original from Mustad. It would be helpful to include packaging or invoice to show these hooks are genuine. I noticed that there were a few feedback that mentioned this also. Thank you
