Asked my local mechanic who said they are probably inferior parts.Because I fitted them myself the warranty they offer does not apply ☹️. So i have now ordered some originals from Ford, which come with a proper guarantee, and will now have to bite the bullet on this one, so be warned. Just a note that i have fitted top mounts before and never had a problem, so I know what i am doing 👍.

Their stuff is always great quality and always priced well. Never faulty and packaged well. DOD were used to deliver this item, and it was supposed to be next day 24 hour delivery. The delivery company failed, badly. I have phoned DPD directly and opened a case for investigation.
