    I bought this book, but unfortunately didn't read it before my heart attack last year. (I was TOO busy!!) Since then and through out my recover process I have learned so much. This book helped me better understand my heart and I found the information helpful. Reading about Bill Clinton's own heart issues was interesting--even the best physicians can overlook areas! (And the president has access to only the best doctors) This information about the tests to diagnose the problems would have come in handy BEFORE my heart attack! It also addressed what tests may give a false set of comfort--I had had a normal stress test 8 weeks before the heart attack, B/P was normal as well--Cholesterol was not.     I bought a copy after reading one loaned to me by a friend. Every one with a history of heart trouble, family history of heart trouble, or high cholesterol needs to read this book!     I met Dr. Robert Superko in Atlanta during a heart study I was involved in. I read Dr. Superko's book, "Before The Heart Attacks" and found it to be an excellent source of information in the realm of "preventive" medicine in regards to heart disease.
