the package came on time but somehow the line got kinks in it probably from just moving through the shipping process since it moves through so many hands before it ever gets to the destination. so i contacted the company and they were very concerned and said they were very sorry for what had happened and would refund my money. they took care of it in a speedy fashion and all is good. as a matter of fact, i just ordered some more line from them today.
