item was not at all described. the container was not even in the box when the package arrived (hence box is squished), cap of the bottle is scratched, the balm inside is granulated, uneven, nothing like a fresh new product (I've tried plenty from this brand before) and can't tell if it's still within expiration dates. The plastic package for the face towel that came with it is wrinkled. I didn't dare use it and sent it back for a refund - not at all a nice or acceptable experience.
