We love this hot tub! The seller was so professional and communicative. It shipped in good time and was very well protected. It was easy to get set up and heated fast. We were surprised to find included a beautiful thick cover, along with a thinner one. The controls are easy. We contacted the seller once when we couldn’t figure out some setting, and he answered within a couple of hours- amazing, considering the time zone difference. I highly recommend this hot tub and this seller.
