This seller was very rude after I informed them that the sewing machine arrived damaged and that the packing tape he used to completely wrap the entire machine surface itself damaged it even more! I sent pictures as well. He said I was "delusional" when I offered a suggestion - he could have simply said that he would not accept my suggestion! I am so disappointed!

The package was severely damaged in the mail and I did not receive the item as a result. The seller was very kind and offered a replacement. Since there was not a sufficient replacement, I received a refund. I would certainly do business with this seller again.
