    Great customer service! Shipping was fast, delivery was fast! Item was exactly as described used, opening the package the ground clip was missing. I reached out to see if it fell off where it was being processed, and if it could be found, even in their inventory ship that. The piece couldn’t be found and I was fine with being refunded half off the cost so I could buy another ground clip. They refunded the whole amount, I was not expecting that, thank you so much! I highly recommend this seller.

    Received Timer and installed without a detailed inspection. Unit blew panelfuses after shorting through a damaged wire. I contacted the Seller immediately with pictures detailing the problem. They had no hesitation agreeing to refund cost of Timer and Shipping. I can add that another two Timers were supplied through this Seller,which I received a few days ago.
