After further testing I found the fans were not working. I reached out to ReSpec and they responded within a half hour and worked with me on the issue. I received and replaced the fans and the GPU video card is working exceptionally. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from them. These GPU cards were packaged and shipped with care. You can tell this seller is a professional and knows what they are doing. One thing that left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth was that the seller raised the price minutes after I had the product in my cart. Could be coincidence as demand was ticking up, but felt a bit like price gouging. However I will look past that for the quality of care given to the condition and integrity of the products.
