The clock was represented as being in good shape and the seller indicated their experiance selling on ebay was stellar. The product I recieved was packeged badly enough that each part of the clock was damaged extensively. With a message to the seller I noted and pictured just some of the damage incurred. The sellers response was that only a return of the merchandise fully could guarantee a refund. The sunk costs to me of initial shipping, return shipping and packaging...UNACCEPTABLE! Bad time!
