I ordered two pennies that were listed as uncirculated. Then had little scratches so I was doubtful they were uncirculated. Seller didn't add enough shipping and after I paid an extra .44 cents and alerted them I was told and I quote, "I anm not at fault here , your local post office is. The person that owes you your pennies is the post office, why not just weigh the coins and envelope and you tell me how much it weighs??" I sent back, the seller dragged their feet until I had to file a claim.
