Fed up of complaining, phone won`t charge up they insisted that I had to buy their charger and still won`t work. Went in the bin, all it was fit for.

I'm very sorry to learn that the charger did not resolve the issue. In our previous message to you we had followed up after your purchase of the charger asking you to let us know if the charger solves the issue or if the problem persists, to which we had not received a response.
We would still have been happy to accept the item for a full refund upon arrival of it's return, however as the item has been disposed of we are now unable to do so. Our deepest apologies once again.
