Made a large order and we agreed to a price, only for the seller to ignore me until I messaged them confronting them, to which they LIED AND SAID THEY NEVER AGREED TO OUR DEAL.     Excellent product, but the battery seems to lose charge quickly

    This product is easy to use and if you're looking for something to just use for browsing the web and completing school assignments, it's perfect. The only drawback is the battery life seems to diminish quickly. My wife used to have an older model that broke, but even towards the end of its life had a battery that would easily last a week if not used frequently. On this one, the battery needs much more frequent charges, though granted the product was old when we bought it.
