No problems with the seller though and I was lucky with the carrier so no breakages. The machine was packed better that it was when it was sold new. The seller answered a question that I had promptly and clearly. The machine is completely as described and the print quality is spot on. A friend wanted the printer as the quality was obvious so I passed it over and have ordered another more expensive machine from Savvy.

The printer was well packaged, but not as described due to the above issue. Rated neutral as i dont believe they deliberately sold me a dead printer. Communication implied they didnt realise the problem. Tried to be fair on this review. If your shopping for a hp printer which has a gear assembly, ask specifically if it makes grinding noises.
