A heaven sent solution to my McIntosh C-20 preamp volume control situation. I have two C-20s, so I bought two units. One of my C-20s already had the volume pot replaced with an aftermarket model. These volume pots are much better solutions for the volume problem with C-20s.I had my technician thoroughly check both units out & he informed me they checked out, (both visually and by his electrical measurements), “Good as new”.A great service to those of us that enjoy vintage equipment. A+++
