    Good replacement chip for other LGA775 CPUs.

    The Q9300 is of an older generation than the current i3/i5/i7 but it is a solid quad core CPU for socket LGA775 motherboards. I had a dual-core Celeron (LGA775) and I bought the Q9300 as a direct slot in replacement and so far everything is working as expected. The Q9300 is a 64-bit CPU that support VT-x, VT-d and the Execute Disable bit.
