transaction was fine. the file not so much think they might of been having a bad day at the factory or something was hoping might be a baroque without the name so was a bit cheaper (which i have purchased since) but unfortunately it is not should be functional when i re-insert the tang into the handle so the file is straight and fill the gaps with some epoxy. seller/ customer service were good about it so all sorted thanks

rubbish product. the picture shows a file with a brass ferrule on the handle. what i got was a useless fret file with a painted on brass ferrule. haha. The fingerboard protectors both had sharp burrs left on them that left some nice gouges in the fingerboard that i then had to repair. garbage product. sent a request for a refund & the seller is too lazy to respond after 48 hours. do not buy this product ,it will only damage the instrument you are working on. sellers like this should be banned.

by far the worst ebay seller i have ever had the misfortune of using. this seller will totally ignore you when you have a problem & you will have to go through ebay staff to get your refund and your return postage label. not to mention the fact that the pics they use in their listing are not pics of the product you are going to get. listing shows a fret file with a metal brass ferrule on the handle but they send you a file with a bit of gold paint , painted on as a brass ferrule . total scam.
