Arrived in 8 days (6 business days) from Southern California, so the shipping time was a bit high, but not terrible, considering it's free. Came with the flosser itself, the charging cable, and a set of tips along with an instruction manual (lots of broken English though). The water flosser works perfectly - you charge it for a few hours, fill it up with water, put a tip on it, and turn it on. Battery lasts for weeks only using it once a day. Good buy.Follow-up from: n***k- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Product broke within 6 months - it started turning on by itself and wouldn't turn off a day after being fully charged. My suspicion is that water got into the electrical system of the water flosser and shorted it out, which is a serious design flow. Would not purchase again.
