    Great Speakerphone

    This is a very easy and simple item to use. Usually it works great but on occasion the volume control seems to go on vacation. Cut it off and then back on and it works fine. I use it for telephone calls only but it has several other features to allow you to play phone calls and music through your vehicle stereo. it is a basic unit which does what it is supposed to do.

    Buying in bulk is great!

    ok for the ones that are complaining about the documentation go to plantronics website, choose support. type k100 and choose speakerphone. there will also be the instructions. basically hold the power until lights flash different colors. pair with phone and if asked the password is 0000

    The charging port wears out

    I bought the this device and loved using it, but after about 4 months the charging port became dislocated and pushed back up into the unit. This made it impossible to continue to charge it. I tried to repair it, had to buy a different device.
