The phone arrived late, but that was entirely USPS fault (furthermore, the box had a hole in it when it arrived - USPS sucks!). The phone was listed as used and unlocked, but what I received seemed to be brand new (it was used, just in extremely good condition) which is great! The phone however, was unlocked and after communicating with the seller… they were going to send me another one at no cost, but they found the unlock code and I was able to unlock it. 10/10 Seller, highly recommend! :)

They shipped the product quickly and I received it well in time for a Christmas present. Although I contacted the seller for pictures of the exact device I would receive, they could not comply. I placed the order and the item did not look as good (multiple scratches) as the posted pictures. I contacted the seller and we agreed very quickly on a suitable discount for the difference. I provided the positive response as the seller provided a discount and their communication was very good.
