There was an initial hiccup with my first order, but the seller refunded immediately. I decided to reorder and there was a slight delay, but once it shipped it was fast. Seller was very responsive and answered any questions the same day - great customer service! The item is so beautiful and I love it! Btw, the description says Indian and they mean it - it literally is made and shipped from India (hence the delay) I would buy from again :)
