Seller not helpful at all. I got the starter kit plus a refill pack. The starter kit comes with the mop plus 4 dry and 4 wet, it is mentioned on the description and on the actual packaging of the mop. My mop was missing the 4 wet and the seller keeps saying that the package that I got with with just the refill. Not happy about the seller or their service how they try to solve the problem by not solving it. They not sending the wipes that are missing or offering a discount.

This item is not long lasting! They are Ikea and state on the packet that they burn for 2.5 hours which is what they do. Contacted the seller twice to explain, they are not interested. An expensive item for not long burning candles. Beware of this seller
