This customer did not read the ad and blamed us for HIS mistake with ordering a kit that did not fit the "S" model motorcycle. The ad clearly states it is NOT for the YZF-R1 "S". We worked with him to correct HIS mistake, which he was extremely rude about, and yet he still felt the need to leave negative feedback and blame us. No accountability taken.
