So, I have PCOS.
I been taking inositol at the maximum dosage which is 4000mg (2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner). The pills are huge but not hard to swallow in my opinion. I was hoping to have AF by now but nothing. One thing for sure thought, when i first started inositol i felt different as it relates to mood. It also makes me feel relaxed but not the lethargic feeling i would normally get from PCOS symptoms. I see changes in my skin. I am not sure if 2 weeks is too early to really rate the product if its good or not.
