    After long term use these may work.

    The fact that it was advertised as relieving pain in joints gave me optimistic hopes that it would do that. It has not done that and I am disappointed. Perhaps it will do its promised work in the future but no change has come about as yet. I am going to try another possibility in natural joint pain help.

    The price is right, give it a try.

    I was using the IBG product which is much more expensive. This doesn't seem to work as well for me. I'm taking 2 caps twice a day. It seems to help a little . I probably have G.I. symptoms related to undiagnosed SSc, so my experience is probably not typical.

    Label is incorrect. It should be peppermint leaf powder. I bought peppermint oil capsules previously and got capsules with oil in them, and vety strong. That's why I was angry on receiving this. At first I could not smell the peppermint but there is a faint smell of peppermint.. If the leaves are peppermint it should be good but labelbneeds to be changed.

    Only thing that helps my difficult gut!

    I have tried many products. I have, apparently, IBS. I take probiotics, I try to eat natural foods and not overdo on any one item, I drink lactose-free milk, and on and on. But nothing, except peppermint oil gives me any relief. It is not a cure-all, but at least it helps me through difficult bouts.
