The seller was clear that the item was not in perfect condition. They didn’t mention that it did not include the original box. This would be important with this type of item. The item arrived broken. My original response was a little rude. I apologized. They then accused me of possibly breaking the item when I unpacked it. Very unprofessional. I accepted the partial refund only to not risk further issues.

This buyer, for some reason, assumed the box was included and said the fact it wasn't was a "deal breaker." I responded that, had the box been available, I certainly would have noted that and included a photograph. He also assumed that I was "accusing" him of breaking the item when it was received. I simply replied to his comments that the (minor) breakages he was reporting weren't there when I wrapped the item. I offered him a substantial partial refund, which he accepted. Very rude buyer.
