There's nothing positive about being screwed over . Order door latch for my washer never received the part, followed the return process , contact seller , I assumed that the part was ship through UPS. Notice that it was ship by mail now I see why my part never showed. But base on the delivery status stating that it was delivered I'm out of 41 bucks . I feel that ebay should value the customer and have insurance options for any deliveries going through the postal services.Ebay suck on support

Overall happy with the product. Shipping was a day late, no fault of the seller though. Likely post office issue. Only small complaint would be that the product was described as professionally refurbished, and the plastic flippers inside the timer still show significant wear. This indicates to me that the product may not work for long. However it is in working condition, as described. Again, overall satisfied with the product. Personal recommendation, spend the extra money on a brand new part.

it is exactly as described ... refurbished by an renowned company from Ohio . it is the copper fingers that burn out from contact wear . the plastic cogs levers are never replaced , unless else specified to that company . they plastic only wears when the owner turns the knob excessively counter clockwise , which one should NEVER do . I don't see the justification of opening it up to see what was replaced if it works for you , other that being neurotic about perfection.in that case, yes buy new
