The item was listed incorrectly in the listing. (Wrong size), as I had made an offer. I realized this after the purchase went through. I messaged the seller immediately, but did not receive a response. The item was shipped after messages were sent and then the seller refused to take a return (even though the mistake was in the listing). I had to ask eBay for help. Overall the experience was not very good, but I'm thankful for eBay's help.

Accidents happen. I was sent the wrong size bra which was unfortunate. And I wasn’t able to get in touch with her quickly enough. Which sometimes happens in these busy lives we live when she got back from vacation and contacted me. We have spoken several times she is truly not hard to get in touch with but life is busy so have patience! We have worked it out there was no issue getting refunded and they were actually very accommodating even with my irritated attitude. Thank you for understanding.
